This article discusses the related concepts of animation design and digital media technology, combines the application value and application requirements of digital media technology in animation design and production, integrates traditional elements of the country through research, introduces other science and technology, and gives full play to technical advantages. We can establish take some measures like a communication platform mechanism and strengthen relevant personnel training strategies. These measures are aimed at improving people’s awareness of the advantages of digital media technology applications and promoting the healthy development of the animation industry.
