In this paper, we adopt social network analysis technology to construct the working network of the scientific research personnel, working in the isolated network environment of a military research institute, based on the integrated edge data obtained by processing three groups of work records including emails, meetings and travels, and then we complete the calculations of indicators including Degree centrality, Closeness centrality, Betweenness centrality and Eigenvector centrality. Finally, we evaluate the performance of scientific research personnel, explore the working relationship between them, and find out who is working abnormally, which provides a new method for staff appraisal.
