By brief introduction of the importance of multimodal transport, which has been paid great attention by Chinese government, this paper reviews the literature and sums up the present situation of China`s multimodal transport. Then, the evolutionary background ofinternet plus logistics in China has been summarized, and the influence on intermodal transport has been analysed. By critically analysing the problems, this paper finally gives some suggestions to solve problems from hardware side and software side.
