Marine invertebrates are the most morphologically varied group of animals with tough and smooth covers, external and internal organ structures and different body designs in general. Very often researchers cannot see internal deep structures without mechanical damage of animals. Here, we focus on “not damage” protocols of immunostaining and clearance of whole-body of invertebrates.
