Preface

2019 International Conference on Advanced Information Systems and Engineering (ICAISE 2019) was held at Cairo, Egypt during August 23-25, 2019. The purpose of the conference is to bring together for research collaboration scholars, scientists, engineers and students all around the world in the fields of Advanced Information Systems and Engineering. The conference seeks to offer a broad spectrum of current researches in these areas. The volume consists of 12 selected papers that were submitted from universities, research institutes and industries all around the world. Each accepted paper has gone through a rigorous blind peer-review process. The proceedings aims to present to the readers the newest research results and findings in the related fields, and hope to set a good base for inspiration for future developments. The chairpersons, invited speakers and session chairs played important roles in conducting the conference in a timely and efficient way. On behalf of the conference committee, we wish to express our sincere appreciation for their involvement and support. Special thanks are extended to the technical program committee members and reviewers for their thorough review of all the submissions, which is vital to the success of the conference. Last but not least, we wish to thank all the authors, whose quality research contributions made the conference a success and the proceedings a valuable contribution to the field.
