The research objective is to find out the valid criteria of the PeGI framework in evaluating the application of e-Government in Indonesia. The method used was a survey with the Cochran Q-Test approach involving 5 respondents. The results showed that there were 3 invalid PeGI criteria because the Cochran value was greater than the Chie table so that they were eliminated from the list of criteria thus leaving only 32 valid of PeGI criteria. The implications of the research can provide recommendations for government agencies to use the more relevant PeGI framework.
