The results of the study of round thin reinforced concrete thin reinforced concrete and steel concrete slabs with external sheet reinforcement at short and long operational load are presented. According to the results of theoretical and experimental studies, the behavior of thin plates at various stages of the stress-strain state and also the possible fracture patterns, taking into account the flexibility of the contour structures of the changing properties of the materials and the duration of operation, are revealed.
