Using of one mathematical methods on solving the boundary value problems of natural osclillations of viscooelastic rectangular plate which are beneath the surface of deformable media. In this work the natural frequency of rectangular plate which is beneath the surface are researched by the method of decomposition. The efficiency and the relative simplicity of this method. In the present work, the natural vibration frequencies of a rectangular plate below the surface using the decomposition method are explored. The effectiveness and comparative prostate of this method is shown.
