The paper is about necessity of making organizational decisions, creation of publicly available RM nomenclature planning systems with the involvement of experts, integration into Programs of various level on the measures of state support of developed lists of RMs in Russia. Creation of these lists is necessary to ensure uniformity of measurements in the areas of state regulation in Russia.
