Synopsis Triple differential cross section for ionization of atomic and molecular targets by electron impact is calculated using approximate three body waves. The post-collisionnal interaction (PCI) between the outgoing electrons as well as the distortion effects of the ejected electron are included. The effect of the short range potential is evenly investigated. Results are compared with available data.
