In this work, the process of induction heating of a container with a titanium sample in a carbon-containing medium was simulated using the finite element method. The dependence of the inductor current I and the duration of treatment on the heating kinetics T(I,t) of the “inductor – container – sample” system taking into account the heat losses Q L (I, T) on the process of chemical-thermal treatment of titanium was established.
