The paper presents findings of the nanopowder obtained from hard-alloy waste (a mixture of tungsten, titanium, and tantalum carbides) under a unique technology. Dispersion, particles’ morphology have been studied. Chemical purity of this nanopowder has been confirmed by X-ray spectral microanalysis.
