The flow in the polar cap region of the neutron star is caused by magnetospheric electric current flow in the pulsar tube due to current closure in the crust and partially in the liquid surface layer. In this paper we consider the flow velocity in case of aligned pulsar with homogeneous vertical magnetic field. Changing of the liquid density and the conductivity with depth is taken into account.
