The paper presents the results of residual stress formation study in Ti-6Al-4V alloy samples, obtained by additive manufacturing. An analogy of residual stress formation mechanism observed in samples during 3D-printing and laser beam welding technology is shown. The effect of annealing on residual stress level is investigated.
