It is discussed the conception of antineutrino-electron-source-creation on the base of 7 Li isotope and the principal requirements for realization including the possible schemes isotope purity, perspective substances, efficiency. The source can operate in the static and dynamic regimes, in the tandem scheme of the accelerator plus lithium blanket. It was considered the advantages ensured by lithium antineutrino source for neutrino experiments.
