In this article, the effect of the thickness of chladone film on heat transfer in the condenser tube of a refrigeration unit is determined. The thickness of the liquid film is determined by the Lockcard-Martinelli and Fulford methods. With an increase in the film thickness of the liquid phase of R22 and R-134a refrigerants, the value of the heat transfer coefficient decreases in a selected range of changes in the refrigerant gas content. A comparison with the results of experimental studies is made.
