The methods of increasing the reliability of measurement results based on the use of structural redundancy in the implementation of measuring instruments and multidimensional models, calibration of measuring instruments (including remote) and methods of processing large arrays of measurement results are considered. It is noted that these methods will be demanded by mass production in the age of Industry 4.0.
