This Special Issue presents selected papers from EERA DeepWind’2019, 16 – 18 January, Trondheim, Norway. This was the 16th Deep Sea Offshore Wind R&D Conference. The conference is hosted by SINTEF and NTNU and organized in cooperation with the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA) joint programme on wind energy.
