New technologies have been developed for production of thermoelectric materials based on fast melt crystallization rates on a cooled rotating disk (melt spinning) and on fast melt solidification in a liquid using the example of bismuth and antimony chalcogenides solid solutions. The use of the developed technologies allows to prepared materials with high strength and thermoelectric characteristics, which significantly exceed the characteristics of materials obtained by traditional methods.
