The present study examines the effect of annealing at temperatures of 300-500°C on the structure and properties of a thin-walled nitinol tube of composition Ti 49.1 Ni 50.9 used for the manufacture of intravascular stents. Annealing temperature dependences are obtained for the martensitic transformation temperatures, the size of the structural elements of the grain-subgrain structure, phase composition, pseudo-yield stress, and ultimate strength. The effect of the Ti 3 Ni 4 particle precipitation in aging during annealing at different temperatures on the obtained dependences is analyzed.
