The modeling of functional characteristics (electrophysics + optics) of topologically different nanocluster system deposited on solid surface is consid9erated. Both energetic electronic levels and mobility of electrons are strongly depended on the cluster shape, their spatial distribution, and can be modified in a necessary way for possible applications in the photonics thin film elements.
