In order to simulate the process of game communication, a SIPQ model with relapse and time delay is constructed, which includes susceptible, infective, professional and quitting compartments. We also consider that the direct transfer from the susceptible individuals to the professional individuals. The global dynamics of the model are determined by the basic reproduction number R0. The locally asymptotical stability of disease-free equilibrium is derived.
