This research aims to improve students’ mathematical problem solving ability and mathematical disposition use Formulate-Share-Listen-Create (FSLC) strategy. The method used in this research is quasy experimental, with the design of randomized control group only design. The instrument research are students’ mathematical problem solving ability tes and mathematical disposition questionnaire. The data of posttest was obtained by using t–test after normality test and homogenity test. The results showed the student’s mathematical problem solving ability who used FSLC strategy is higher than conventional strategy. The student’s mathematical disposition who used FSLC strategy is better than conventional strategy.
