Preface

CEES is an annual Conference which provides a platform for delegates and members to present and discuss their latest research results and discoveries. It also offers our delegates and members the opportunity of engaging in dialogues about Clean Energy and Electrical Systems. The 2nd International Conference on Clean Energy and Electrical Systems (CEES 2019) was held in Nanjing, China on June 27-29, 2019. From 88 papers submitted, 54 papers were selected for publication in this year’s conference proceedings. The topics include Power System, Electronics technology, Energy System, Control System, Material Science and Integrated Circuits. These papers were accepted after rigorous peer-review by Technical Committee Members and international reviewers based on the topic of each paper. The conference program was highlighted by our keynote speeches delivered by renowned scholars who shared their new research perspectives with our conference attendees. The authors’ presentations were divided into 6 sessions with topics on Electronics Design, Clean Energy, Energy System, Control System, and Manufacturing Engineering, respectively. The outstanding performance of the speakers made this conference truly spectacular. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Honorary Conference Chair, Conference Chairs, Program Chairs, Technical Committee Members, and international reviewers. Their excellent professional advice enabled us to prepare this high-quality program. Our special thanks go to our keynote speakers as well as all the authors for sharing their latest research results. We hope all the participants have had a wonderful time at the conference and enjoyed Nanjing, China.
