Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has been widely used in military and civil fields due to its unique advantages. Aiming at the principle of UAV in reconnaissance field and target recognition field, a method of UAV multi-target recognition based on image processing is proposed, and the validity of the method is verified by building an UAV platform and field experiments. At the same time, the display interface of image processing results is developed, which can get the UAV recognition results in real time. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed, and the factors affecting the accuracy of UAV target recognition are elaborated.
