The paper presents the challenge in the pollution in cement factories. The health implication is huge leading to unimaginable sickness. The review considers the impact of the pollution. Also, the paper considers legal framework to control the excess dispersion of cement pollutants into the factory. It is concluded that the risk of indiscriminate dissemination of cement factory pollution can be reduce if health institutions and government can synergize with stringent legal framework.
