In this work we evaluate the π 0 pole-mass in the RPA approximation at finite magnetic field and temperature in the NJL SU(2) model. To this end, we employ an alternative version of the Magnetic Field Independent Regularization based on the Riemann-Hurwitz zeta function. To employ this formalism, we present a set of equations applied to the gap equation and pseudo-scalar polarization loop at the mean field approximation and random phase approximation.
