It had been held in the main building of Al-Ayen University, Al Nasiriya, 64001 Thi Qar, IRAQ. The aim of it is to investigate the main challenges of current energy resources in the world, to identify the new energy resources and how to reduce the energy consumption and the application pure scientific in the medical field to create the scientific platform for engineering and scientist researcher and prepare the suitable environment to apply, discuss and share their knowledge for more enhancements in this field and activate the role of University to develop the society and the country.
