2D electron gas density of states at the Fermi level in silicon nanosandwich

The two-dimensional density of states at the Fermi level for integer filling factors was calculated based on the results of observation of the de Haas-van Alphen effect on a silicon nanostructure at room temperature and according to the equilibrium thermodynamics relations.
