Preface The 10 th Southeast Asia Astronomical Network (SEAAN) Meeting 2018 served as a forum of astronomers related to Theoretical Astronomy and Astrophysics; Optical Astronomy; Solar Physics and Neutrino; Space Science Education Interdiscipline (Earth and Disaster); Interdiciplinary Topics Related to Earth and Planetary Sciences in Southeast Asia and its surrounding. It is intended to be used as a scientific forum for accommodating discussion among researchers in astronomy and related fields. The 10 th SEAAN Meeting 2018 is organized by Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) Astronomical Observatory, Department of Atmospheric Science and Planetary in conjuction with Department of Physics, ITERA, and Government of Province of Lampung, Indonesia. The meeting was held on 19 to 21 October 2018 at Bukit Randu Resort & Restaurant, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The 10 th SEAAN Meeting 2018 is composed as a meta-conference and business session to admit presentations of activities in astronomy over South-east Asia with international research communities and deployment of ideas that extend the field. On 20 October 2018, participants were invited for a ground-breaking ceremony of Lampung Astronomical Observatory in Mt. Betung, Lampung. There are 77 participants along with distinguised international speakers from regions. More than 33 papers are selected to go through a strict peer reviewed process. We would like to thank the scientific organizing committee and the members of reviewers for their kind assistance in critically reading the papers. We are indebted to ITERA and NARIT for substantial support.
