Immediate loading of dental implants offers attractive advantages for patient and prosthodontist alike. Current data support immediate loading of splinted screw‐shaped implants in the parasymphysis region. This report presents a case of a partially edentulous patient successfully restored with a fixed implant prosthesis following an immediate loading protocol.
