Reducing the time of production within maintaining the cost of the final product is the main issue in construction organization. This question can be resolved through the development of network and calendar schedules with the correct sequence of work, composition of brigades, optimal technological decisions. The successful correction of schedules is possible by calculating parameters of resource graphics and comparing them with the normal indicators. The effectiveness of the applied methods of optimization by the time and resources depends on technological and organizational parameters of the designed building or construction.
