This work report a facile, rapid and efficient approach to prepare high‐concentration graphene and MoS 2 nanosheets through the liquid phase exfoliation of bulk materials with the method of high‐pressure homogenisation assisted by carboxyl methyl cellulose. The few‐layer graphene and MoS 2 nanosheets dispersions are prepared under 100 MPa for 10 min at high concentrations up to 1.45 and 0.28 mg/ml. The two nanodispersions could be applied to prepare the polyvinyl alcohol composite with well dispersibility and thermal stability.
