As the Internet of energy strategy was put forward, massive distributed new energies, representing a new pattern of energy consumption and production are emerging among end users. In order to provide services based on distributed new energy for multiple social bodies, the authors need to establish a public service platform. The authors provide the detailed design of the public service platform, including function analyses, architecture design of hybrid cloud system etc. Then the authors propose the security protection scheme for such a hybrid cloud system.
