Considering the recent increase in the frequency of wireless communications, we have developed a spectrum measurement system in the 140–315 GHz range. The measurement system has a low spurious response by pre‐selector over the whole band. For application, we measured radiation patterns emitted from a horn antenna, and the result shows that the measurement system is applicable to EIRP (equivalent isotropic radiated power) measurement of transmitters.
