The main purpose of this work is to give a global analysis of external field coupled to multiconductor transmission line (MTL). Knowing that this problem is largely treated using determinist approach and the results strongly depend both on the configuration of MTL and external field parameters, for this reason, the authors proceed by a hybrid method which combines a probabilistic approach (polynomial chaos) and the equivalent cable bundle method. The field's parameters and the length of MTL are both considered as random variables.
