A novel compact quad‐band bandpass filter (BPF) with multi‐transmission zeros is proposed. This filter utilises a sextuple‐mode impedance resonator to achieve three passbands, and the fourth passband composes of single‐end short‐circuited resonators. Adopting an embedded and folded structure is employed to realise miniaturisation. Stub–stub coupling is introduced to produce transmission zeros, which can improve the passband selectivity. Finally, a quad‐band BPF centring at 0.9/1.45/2.45/3.5 GHz is designed, fabricated and measured. The measured results have good agreement with the simulated ones.
