A broadband and compact low‐temperature co‐fired ceramic Wilkinson power divider is proposed with a fractional bandwidth of 180% using stacked multi‐section structure. The size of the proposed multilayered power divider is only 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.33 mm with a significant size reduction of 84.6% compared with an equivalent planar one. Measured S 11 , S 21 , S 22 and S 23 of the proposed power divider are better than −15, −4.3, −16 and −17 dB from 2 to 38 GHz, respectively. Furthermore, performance comparison with an equivalent planar one is also discussed.
