A broadband low‐cost waveguide window for millimetre‐wave component sealing is proposed. The waveguide window includes two RT/Duroid5880 substrates and a quarter‐wavelength waveguide. The back‐to‐back waveguide sealed windows are designed and tested. From 75 to 100 GHz, the return loss is higher than 15 dB, insertion loss is lower than 0.7 dB, and the leakage rate is <8 × 10 −8 Pa. m 3 /s.
