A novel watermarking scheme for quantumimage is proposed based on Quantum cosine transform(QCT). The cosine coefficients are extracted by executingQCT on quantum image. A dynamic vector forcontrolling embedding strength instead of a fixed parameterfor embedding process in other scheme is utilized toprocess quantum watermark. The adder operation and theinverse QCT are implemented which offset the QCT andguarantee the embedding process having smaller impact onthe quantum carrier image. Simulation results and analysisshow that the proposed dynamic watermarking scheme hasbetter visual quality under a higher embedding capacity.
