Our study provide information on FVII residue important for interaction with substrates and cofactors. Moreover, the comparison of the in vitro and in vivo mutations, potentially affecting the identical residues encoded by putative hot spot mutational sites, help to interpretate unexpected differences in the incidence of FVII variants within the population
