This is the case of a 25‐year‐old man who presented with infectious mononucleosis complicated by hemolytic anemia and hepatitis. Antibody evaluation revealed a cold‐reactive IgG anti‐i and an IgM cold rheumatoid factor. The patient's hemolytic anemia improved following treatment with corticosteroids.
