Two cases of Jk a sensitization following amniocentesis and intrauterine transfusion for Rh hemolytic disease are presented. In one case, previously reported, amniocentesis and intrauterine transfusion stimulated production of a second antibody. The apparent association of Jka sensitization with pregnancy is discussed.
