Anti‐Rd (Radin) was first described in association with five cases of hemolytic disease of the newborn. The authors report an anti‐Rd that was demonstrated following the transfusion of a Radin positive unit of blood. The antibody appears to be of the IgC immunoglobulin class and increased in titer following the transfusion.
