Lytic enzyme production has been increased by 1·3 times as well as the ratio of these enzymes activity to undesirable amylolytic activity by about 1·5 times as the result of the replacement of usual morphological variant P by variant R of industrial lysosubtilin producer Bacillus subtilis SK‐52 leading to a 10% lower selling price per unit of the final product.
