: A male infant presenting with respiratory distress was found to have primary thoracic neuroblastoma. This method of presentation in the newborn period is rare. His symptoms resolved spontaneously with conservative management. Full staging revealed a poorly differentiated stage 2 tumour with favourable cytogenetic markers.
