SUMMARY A 39‐year‐old male developed painful ulceration of the glans penis following simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation for end‐stage renal failure complicating insulin‐dependent diabetes mellitus. Infection was excluded. Diversion of the pancreatic secretions away from the urinary bladder into the bowel resulted in healing.
