Linear IgA dermatosis associated with chronic clonal myeloproliferative disease

A 76‐year‐old (male) developed pruritic, widespread papules and plaques in a symmetrical arrangement. The disease proved to be linear IgA dermatosis with circulating IgA type antibasement membrane autoantibodies binding to the epidermal side of the salt‐split skin.
