Summary. This report presents a case of multiple supernumerary teeth developing in the mandibular premolar region in an Asian female patient. A series of radiographs taken over a 10‐year period, demonstrate the sequential development of these teeth during the patient’s early and middle teenage years. The importance of regular radiographic review and appropriate management for such cases is discussed.
