Summary Steatocystoma multiplex is a rare, autosomal dominant condition characterized by multiple cysts, usually arising on the trunk and proximal extremities at puberty. We present two unrelated women with sporadic steatocystoma multiplex strictly confined to the vulva and arising at an older age. These cases represent an unusual localized form of the disorder.
